Last month the Democrats, the party that screams far and wide they support women while claiming Republicans just want women barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen, voted against a bill banning boys/men from girls/women’s sports. But yeah, go women! Women are losing all of the gains we’ve made since the women’s movement started with the suffragettes. We are losing women-only spaces, women’s sports, everything that women have fought for over the decades is being invaded – again – by men. This time by men cosplaying as women. Make no mistake, this is just as insidious as men declaring that men and only men know what’s good for women. And those of you women supporting so-called trans rights are right there with sexist men in erasing women.
Riley Gaines is, of course, the loudest voice in protesting the loss of women’s sports and spaces. She was on the UPenn women’s swim team and lost the NCAA championship to William “Lia” Thomas, a transwoman(who, btw, only ever took estrogen and whatever else, but never had any gender reassignment surgery. Wonder why?) In the last week some women have protested the loss of women-only sports teams and spaces. Stephanie Turner, a fencer, took a knee and forfeited her match rather than fence against a transwoman a.k.a. a man. A couple of days later, Abigail Wilson, a professional disc golf player (yeah, I wonder how these things become professional sports too, but whatever), walked away from a tournament in Nashville after she was scheduled to play against a man. The UK women’s pool championship has two transwomen competing. Ponder that for a moment – there are no women in the women’s championship.
For all those readying themselves to jump down my throat for what they are going to label as my “transphobia” ask yourself this: Why are you so fucking willing and eager to give up women’s spaces and jeopardize women’s safety? Then ask yourself, if all the talk about “trans rights” is accurate, where are the transmen clamoring to play in the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, men’s high school and college sports? Well? Where are they? Could it be that transmen know that they do not have the physical strength of biological men? Could it be that they know they’ll likely be seriously injured and possibly killed if they compete against biological men?
In the last few years I’ve written a number of posts (see here , here, and here) regarding men shoving their bullying, mansplaining way into women’s sports, locker rooms, restrooms, and clubs. The testosterone levels a post-pubescent (adult) male, on estrogen and other drugs, has are five to twenty times higher than a biological female. FIVE to TWENTY times higher. A biological woman cannot compete with that and if she tried by taking testosterone, she’d be disqualified for taking performance-enhancing drugs. Do you see the hypocrisy there? Testosterone is a muscle and endurance enhancer. It is the reason men have more muscles, are stronger, and have more endurance than women. Transwomen have much more than biological women, but if biological woman were to try to match the levels found in a transwoman she would fail a drug test and be disqualified. Is that fair?
Men are bigger and stronger than women no matter that a man might wish he was a woman. If you are paying attention, you’ll see there is a clear pattern in the men who are claiming the “right” to participate in women’s sports. Every single one of them once competed on the men’s team and was mediocre at best. They switched to the women’s team and now they are winning trophies and beating all those stupid, cootie-filled girls at their own game. Take that, stooopid gurrrls. If you are supporting these individuals competing in women’s sports, you are supporting the elimination of women’s sports.
Let’s address this manufactured issue of “trans rights.” What rights, exactly, are you claiming trans people are missing out on? I need specifics. Well? Which ones? No, the right to free surgery is not one that any of us have. You want a voluntary medical procedure? You pay for it. What? You want the right to abuse your child by forcibly transitioning your underage child so you can gush about how tolerant and accepting you are at the next book club meeting? Aw, hell no. If you heard of a parent who was cutting off their child’s limbs for social approval and sympathy, you’d be horrified. But when a parent chemically castrates their seven-year-old son, and force feeds puberty blockers to their 10-year-old daughter, you’re all on board with that. WHAT THE EVERLOVING FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?? You are supporting the mutilation of children, and the permanent castration of those children for the social standing of the parents. Chemical castration is a sentence that is used for serial rapists. Why the hell would you support that being done to a child?? That’s some sick and twisted shit right there.
So what other rights are you claiming as barred for trans individuals? The right to live a life free from insults? HA! Wouldn’t we all like that? Life isn’t fair and a lot of people are assholes in public as well as in private. You deal with them as the situation warrants. That’s called being an adult. If you find yourself forcing others to accept you, they are not going to hang around for very long. Most people don’t like being told what to say and think. That’s simple human nature. If you find yourself requiring people to use different pronouns than your biological sex, and perhaps current appearance would suggest, then you need to maybe rethink things. If you get angry because someone uses a “dead name” or “wrong” pronoun, as an adult, you can address it politely, or you can ignore it. Or you can walk away. Screaming insults at them because they “misgendered” you will only show you to be an immature, insecure individual. If you’re regularly getting “misgendered” it’s likely because, despite the clothing, makeup, and nail polish, you still look like a man in women’s clothing.
Trans individuals enjoy the same exact civic rights as every other citizen of the U.S. And despite their wishful, martyr-filled thinking, they are not getting dragged off the streets and thrown into reeducation camps (as a number of them have suggested doing to Trump supporters). They are not denied the ability to work. Yes, some may be getting turned down for a job but employers have the right to hire those individuals who they feel will be an asset to the company and fit in with their corporate/company culture. A business is not required to hire a trans person simply because they are trans. And they are certainly not required to hire someone who would likely force everyone in the company to walk on eggshells.
One “right” transwomen don’t have is the right to move into women only spaces. Grown-ass men who decide they are women and need to be admitted to a women’s locker room or shower, do not have the right to deliberately threaten or frighten women in those spaces. But yet, they’re claiming that as a “right.” William “Lia” Thomas walked around the women’s locker room at UPenn naked and sporting a hard-on on multiple occasions, according to several women on the team. No man, no matter what they claim to be, has a right to do that. That is the action of a perverted narcissist. A high school kid in Louden County, Virginia claimed to be a transwoman and, with access to the girl’s locker room, raped three girls and the school district did nothing. Louden County school board encouraging sexual assault. Now there’s a look.
Via the whole “trans rights” movement, men are demanding the elimination of women-only spaces. I don’t see transmen making the same demands.
And biological women on the left side of the political spectrum are supporting the elimination of women’s spaces, women’s autonomy, and women’s power. They are supporting the destruction of everything their mothers and grandmothers fought for.
But they’re worried that Republicans are going to be the downfall of women because Republicans don’t want men in women’s sports and Democrats do…
Yeah. Right.
